This bill pertains to database security breach notifications patterned after similar legislation in other States. In addition to personal information being defined as the first name (or initial) and last name combined with the Social Security number, driver's license number or credit/debit card number, this bill would also add signature, fingerprint and photograph or computerized image to the list.
